The square tube palletizer is an automated equipment system that integrates automatic collection, sorting, transportation, and palletizing functions. Its working principle follows an efficient and continuous process. Firstly, the square tube cut to length by the flying saw is horizontally transported to the predetermined position by the conveyor belt, and the front end collision plate serves as a mechanical limit to accurately stop the steel pipe. Subsequently, the picking rack lifts the stopped steel pipes from the conveyor belt and transfers them to the starting work platform of the palletizer. After the steel pipes enter the stacking area, the baffle device driven by the chain starts to work, cyclically pushing a single steel pipe forward and arranging it in sequence on the platform. When the accumulation of steel pipes reaches the preset number of single layers, the key fork arm device is activated, inserted under the steel pipe, and the entire layer of steel pipes is steadily lifted. Then, the fork arm carries the layer of steel pipes horizontally to the stacking area, and stacks them in layers according to the predetermined program to complete one layer of stacking. After completing each stack, the equipment will activate the leveling device to push the end face of the entire stack of steel pipes flat from the side, ensuring that the stack shape is neat and the edges are aligned. The whole package of steel pipes formed by palletizing is finally received and transported out by the whole package conveyor belt, and then transferred to the subsequent bundling and lifting area to prepare for storage or shipment.
The entire process has achieved fully automated operation from single piece conveying to package transfer, significantly improving production efficiency and stacking quality.
